Rosemary & garlic herb chicken breast, stuffed w/ your choice of dirty rice, or cream cheese & spinach, and topped with a brown gravy or white wine creme sauce

A 16-18 oz ribeye steak, marinated overnight, then seared in compound butter to lock in a tender & juicy sensation, and grilled to the temperature of your choosing
Grilled Lamb Chops
Grass-fed rack(s) of Lamb, marinated and prepared in flavor of your choice. (Garlic & herb, Bourbon balsamic, Cajun jerk)
Surf & Turf
Marinated Ribeye, NY Strip Steak, or Filet Mignon ($10), accompanied by your choice (1) of: lobster tail, shrimp, or Alaskan king crab (+$10)
